I’m Dr. Spoorthi Nandyal, a licensed doctor registered with the Karnataka Medical Council, and the founder of Nest Within.

Over the years, I saw the same pattern again and again, people waited until they broke down before seeking help, not because they didn’t want support, but because it felt too expensive, too difficult to access, or like something that could wait.

Nest Within was built to change that.

Nest Companions include professionals trained in mental health care, psychologists and psychiatrists, working synergistically depending on what your journey calls for.
